Creates an object based on the given PDFThumbnailView handle.
Example

MsgBox str(v.Bounds.Width)+" x "+str(v.Bounds.Height)

The handle is casted to a PDFThumbnailView and the plugin retains this handle.

If the thumbnail view allows multiple selections (if allowsMultipleSelection returns true), you can use this method to get the PDF pages that correspond to the selected thumbnails.
Available in Mac OS X v10.5 and later.
