Creates a file as a LargeBinaryStreamMBS.
Example 
dim f as FolderItem // your file
dim l as LargeBinaryStreamMBS

l=f.CreateLargeBinaryStreamMBS("TEXT","ttxt")

If there is already a file, it is deleted.
On Windows the parameters are ignored.
Returns nil on any error.
